Moondarra Cheese has been in operation since 2004 and has quickly grown to be Australia’s largest flavoured cream cheese manufacturer. This new range of club cheddar comes in a convenient size of 120g similar to the cream cheese range. It has a sharp, mature cheddar flavour and its crumbly texture belies its creaminess when eaten. Four varieties are included in the range and take inspiration from modern snack flavours that consumers know and love. Available for sale are Classic, Chilli, Lime & Cracked Pepper and Balsamic Vinegar & Onion. Whilst unique, the flavours are not overpowering and allow the mature cheddar taste to be prominent, complementing it rather than hiding it.
